Cemetery Gravestone Regulations and Rules:

Almost every cemetery has regulations that determine the type/size of memorial you may choose. We have no input in this area, and we must abide by the cemetery’s rules. It would be unjust and unfair of us to sell you a memorial that is not permitted in your cemetery. Please allow us to speak to your cemetery on your behalf, so we can help you select a memorial that is permitted in your cemetery.

All cemeteries require a concrete foundation to be installed beneath your memorial. Most cemeteries do their own foundations, but some rural cemeteries will allow you to do your own. If your cemetery installs its own foundations, there will be a charge for that service. We never charge a mark-up for cemetery foundation fees. We will offer you the opportunity to pay the cemetery directly or add the required amount to our bill. If we add the fee to our bill, we will also mail the funds and a work order to the cemetery within seven days of your purchase date.

  We use only top-grade granites, and we guarantee everything we sell! You will receive your written warranty with your design proof for approval. If the granite cracks, fades, checks or disintegrates from exposure to any elements, we will replace it at no cost to you, and no questions asked. Please note:This warranty does not cover vandalism or cemetery negligence. If you experience one of these issues, please call us and we will help you resolve the issue.
